Using mostly reclaimed and wind downed lumber, furniture I create strives to connect people to the landscapes most charismatic resource, the trees.
Sharpe Reservation Collection: Tables
Stormed down red oak was milled and dried on site in 2020, the tables were designed and built for the Fresh Air Fund at the Sharpe Reservation in Beacon NY. At 10' and 12' the tables are more than capable to seat full campers and classes around to talk eat and learn together.
Sharpe Reservation Collection: Bench
Built with stormed down sugar maple slabs as the bench top and using red oak as the legs.
Sharpe Reservation Collection: Swing
Using reclaimed hardwood from pallets and scrap 4 x 4 cedar posts from the West Philadelphia PProject, I constructed a swing large ennough for frinedds to swing together. I used it in curricculum to inspire and excitd youth for the projects and the possibilities of design and building.
